Diameter of these pins is too small
Too skinny, not a good fit for any of the vintage aluminum external frame backpacks I have. These have a diameter much smaller than the original ones, these are about 3/16", flops around a lot in the hole. Heads are small as well. In a pinch these may work temporarily but best to find correct ones.
