this fan is wonderful

I'm a college student and I bought this for use in my dorm room, which doesn't have air conditioning. During the warmer months when I'm at school, it's on either its mid or high setting 24/7. During the winter and when I'm at home for breaks from school, I run it on either its low or mid setting at night because I like to sleep to the noise. That said, I've had this for almost a year and a half now, and I estimate that this fan has actually been running for well over half of the time that I've actually had it, and it's still working like a champ. I've never had any issues with it. I paid $15 for it, and it has to be on of the best purchases I've ever made.

Gone to Fan Heaven

I bought this fan about 10 years ago to keep cool in my room. I paid less than $12 for it and I never had any problems with it and I can it most of the time at home for hours on end and even when I sleep. Unfortunately it died one today (5/23/19). I'd love to buy another one, but not for $70. Guess I'll have to find a decent replacement.

Hello old friend

I realized today that this fan is the same model as the faithful old fan I bought for $2 at an estate sale several years ago. It had been well used and probably abused, but it was kept me cool and comfortable at my work table in the garage. It has survived duct tape repairs after several nasty falls, as well as a melted switch handle caused by a work light too hot and too close. I screwed the now misshapen handle back on, and the fan works as well as it ever did. This one is a survivor, and I highly recommend it.
