HOMETRACK - HOME GYM

I am almost 70 and needed a more gentle exercise device. I kept looking on the Walmart website and I found this one. It's perfect! I can sit in my own chair, which is more comfortable. I will be having knee surgery this summer. I can't petal a bike. This device goes forward and back. I needed the pull cords and the handles to work my arm muscles. This device works, I over did it in the beginning and I had sore muscles. I like how you can do this at your pace. The device is well made, sturdy and wasn't too difficult to set up. Was a good investment for me. It is small in size. Perfect for my kitchen area off to the side. It can be adjusted in height. I am 5'2”, this is the right height for me. I want to add the swinging feet remind me of pumping my legs on a park swing as a child. I like how I do not have to put my feet in straps. It is easy pulling this up to your chair. It stays stable on my kitchen floor. I love it!
