THIS liquid liner lives up to the waterproof description! I am oily and no matter what I pay for eyeliners, my mid-day, it's pooling around my eyes. This liquid liner does NOT budge unless you want it to. Comes off easily with makeup remover or cleanser. I'd give it 10 STARS if I could.
