Took Thyme During COVID-19 Pandemic - No Infections!
I take several potent herbs with properties to potentially enhance my own immune system to fight infections. Thyme contains chemicals that might help bacterial and fungal infections. It might also help relieve coughing and have antioxidant effects. During COVID-19, I took Solaray's Thyme/Fenugreek blend each morning with one of my super-green drinks. Along with other herbs, I believe it helped me to not get infected by any pathogen for over 5 years now! And, the fenugreek offers a bonus of possibly helping to lower blood sugar.
