Goes down easily
I have been taking bitter melon off and on for some time to help my body process sugars in the hope that it helps mitigate candida overgrowth. (I also don't eat any processed sugar or high sugar natural sweeteners like agave or molasses.) The other 2 brands that I tried were tablets and even the slightly coated ones were really difficult to swallow even one at a time and often made me gag. This coming from someone who will readily swallow a handful of pills all at once... This one goes down much more readily.

Solaray's Bitter Melon caps is such good quality I can feel the benefits everyday. More energy, good digestion and appetite. It feels like I actually eat the real fruit! This is a regular monthly purchase for me and will continue being so.
