Received one New %26 one that had been use, or at least appeared used. It had bugs %26 I don’t know what the other stuff is on the inside flap %26 the gripping pad was not folded as they are when they are new in the package. My other one I ordered was fine %26 I do like it.

I feel it was shipped just so the store got a sale. Unless a extra large is requested it should not be sent and they generally only sell in fall when kids go to collage. Someone really missed the boat on this one.

Nothing wrong with the product. It is still new. I realized that I didn't need it and Walmart would not take it back because it comes from a different seller. I was told that I need the original shipping box to send it back and I would have to pay shipping. Not happy with this policy.
