Never responded to me about the bottle arrived leaking

I haven't heard back so I can't write a review yet.

The item arrived earlier than expected, which I was pleased with. The quality is very good.

Great wet brush, use it all the time to detangle curly hair.

Seller needs to package the product well to prevent any leaks

I ordered this product in December 2025 and opened it this month after finishing my previous bottle. When I opened it, I immediately noticed the packaging looked worn and different from my prior bottles. The cap unscrewed unusually easily, and the texture and color of the product were noticeably different than expected. After using it, I experienced significant hair shedding and loss of hair thickness. I stopped using the product and scanned the batch code, which indicated the product was manufactured in 2017 and expired in 2020. This product appears to have been sold well past its expiration date and did not match the condition or quality of previous authentic bottles I have purchased. I have reported this to the seller and manufacturer and would caution others to check batch codes carefully upon receipt.

Nothing wrong with seller didn't like scent of shampoo was not for me.

One bottle had seal broke and cap was loose creating a mess.

the seller has nothing to do with the effectiveness of product, it came quickly with no issues
