Customer service employee was spot on by letting me know that the product that was ordered was out of stock. They also upgraded my purchase to another brand of conditioner. A letter of Thanks is the least they should get!

He did fine, informing me of the discontinuation of the old brand and letting me know that the new brand would cost the same with the additional bottle.

The seller 's communication was not good. I spoke with both Michael and Douglas, they asked me to send them pictures of the bed rail, which I did, they said that they couldn't tell from the pictures that hooks didn't fit in the slots.

Reached out to ensure that it would fit. Gave me his direct phone number to call back. Promptly shipped it. Arrived sooner than expected. Highly recommend this vendor.

He called me and told me he was out but that he would be shipping product in a couple of weeks. I told him okay ship when you have product.

The bedrail and their customer service is great, the delivery to get it to you might not be so great because the box may come damaged with a scratched up bedrail.

They were easy to do work with, followed up, and delivered well ahead of estimate.
