Can't speak for others, but my order went smoothly. The ginger slices were securely packed and arrived by fast delivery. I repackaged all of them into two half-gallon jars and vacuum sealed, and stored in a dark, cool pantry shelf. I suspect this product will last for years. Good experience.

I got this once a long while ago and things went okay. Nothing to write home about, delivery was as expected and the treat was good enough. This time I ordered from them and the order "got lost in transit" so I asked for a refund. That went fine. But when I checked... FedEx never actually received the package so it was never lost, it was never shipped in the first place. I thought this must have been an unusual error and just ordered a new box. And the exact same thing happened. My complaint is instead of making me wait weeks to find out they are out of stock. Just say so in the beginning and I would have ordered when they came back in stock, no harm, no foul. Now, after the lies... I'll never go back.

I don't know what brand my mother used, but this is enough like her's to make my making fruitcake feel like I'm carrying on her tradition, just like she did my grandmother's.

Didn't communicate with seller. Product was delivered in a timely and proper manner considering the elevated temperature at the time of the delivery. 👍
