I have attempted to purchase this item four separate times, and in every instance, the product was defective, featuring melted or shriveled plastic components. Order History %26 Issues: • Order 1 (Nov 1, 2025): Item arrived defective. Due to the holiday season, I missed the return window and was unable to send it back. • Order 2 (Jan 6, 2026): Item arrived with the same plastic defects. I returned it on Jan 10 and placed a replacement order. • Order 3 (Jan 13, 2026): I received a replacement, but it appeared to be the exact same defective unit I had just returned. It originated from the store rather than the warehouse. • Order 4 (Feb 3, 2026): After reordering on Jan 28, the fourth unit arrived from the warehouse, also defective. I returned both remaining units on Feb 3. I have now received four consecutive defective items. I am seeking a full resolution, as the inventory currently being shipped is clearly compromised.

I never hooked it up. The instructions in the manual don't match the buttons on the camera. The text in the manual is very small; in some cases you literally need a magnifying glass to read it. The instructions are so poorly translated into English that it's almost impossible to figure out what to do. Maybe if you figure it out it will work great. The price is right.
