The Rack was shipped quickly and was delivered undamaged. Timely notifications and tracking were given. The Rack was advertised as “locking” which is very misleading. The locks do nothing???

To clarify, each mount features a cover that includes an embedded lock. This lockable cover is designed to secure the hardware that attaches the crossbar mounts to your vehicle's bare roof.
