Not sure where the fault lies, but I asked for this item to be shipped to my son in San Francisco and instead it was delivered to me in Riverwoods, IL (this billing, not shipping address. Not the first time this has happened with Walmart, which I plan to no longer purchase from.

Shipping was correct. Waterbottle is gorgeous rose gold. Only issue is that it came without a spout!! For $30$!!! NO SPOUT!! How are you supposed to drink out of it??!?I had to contact Camelbak to order a replacement....for another $20$!! So $50$ for an insulated water bottle!!!?!?!? If it was not for my son, who has quadriplegia and uses a wheelchair, and already uses an uninsulated version of the Eddy. We have not been able to find a insulated Eddy, so finding this bottle that WILL fit his cupholder AND IS INSULATED...is a necessity, because we live in AZ. Otherwise, I would send it right back!! I would not recommend or buy again!
