Item arrived in a timely manner sooner than expected

I did not talk to the. In addition to the size of their swabs, they sent the swabs in a flimsy box inside an shipping envelope and the box was far to crushed to think about making a return. Also, I did think the price was quite high.

Not buying from them again because they raised their prices during the pandemic.

I have ordered from here before and was pleased but this order were damaged. I would love to order again but afraid they will send it in a shipping envelope instead of a box. Would love to speak with someone.
