I purchased (2) Deflect-o Rollamat Chair Mats on 8/5/24 when they were on sale. I received an email from Walmart on 8/13/24 that the seller canceled my order without explanation despite the items still being shown in stock. I called Walmart CS hoping to get an explanation and was told that they didn't know why the seller canceled the order and suggested that I reorder them. When I went to reorder them, the cart limited the order to only (1) one item, which I purchased despite now being at full retail price. Walmart explained that wouldn't be an issue and that they would price match once I received the delivery and refund me the difference. Unfortunately, I received an email from Walmart last night, 8/19/24, indicating that the seller canceled my order AGAIN without explanation! So this is now the second time that this seller has canceled my order without reaching out to me with an explanation. What's going on? The item is still showing as "In Stock" and can be purchased. It's not very professional IMO, and it may explain why the seller only has a 76% (DROPAIR) and 86% (SPECIAL GIFT BOX) feedback rating at the time of my review. I would also like to point out that this seller has also changed his business name showing in the Walmart marketplace from "DROPAIR" to "SPECIAL GIFT BOX", why?
