Arrived quickly and in good condition, careful packaging for a delicate product appreciated

Can't understand how the seller would allow Walmart to advertise an item under false pretense..... they admitted that the correct item is not carried/listed by Walmart due to short supply.... Both Walmart and New Screens Store are at fault.... yet, Me.... the customer has to suffer and be blamed.... NOT RIGHT, will not deal with either anymore.

I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE THIS SENT OUT PRIORITY MAIL.WELL I DID NOT GET IT PRIORITY MAIL...VERY DISAPPOINTED.I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THAT...

I received the equipment in a matter of days, in excellent condition. Although the issue was a bent pin on the connector, I returned the unit for a prompt and courteous refund. very satisfied!
