I had no communication with the vendor but the refurbished Samsung Galaxy 23 I purchased was in great condition. The phone was sent within a day. It was packaged well and arrived promptly. Highly recommend for similar phone purchases.

Item shipped with small scratches on the screen which should have lowered the condition to good, definitely not excellent / like new. The phone shipped with an old outdated Usb A to Usb C device with slow charging speeds of 10 watts compared to the now standard Usb C to Usb C cabanle of charging at 20 watts. The shipping was also quite slow but understandable i guess since its the cheapest shipping rate.
