honestly it was a little rough at first but I think we finally got on the same page about parts and my needs to fix the grill. then they went above and beyond to make everything right. excellent customer service. they didn't have to but they replaced a thermometer on the charcoal side. thank you very much. one happy customer

The box came with damage, but not serious enough to warrant a return, especially, after spending a few hours putting it together. The seller was unresponsive, as far as providing the Grill Cover, that was supposed to come with it. Very Disappointed...
