Sent three emails no reply poor seller would never suggest to deal with

fast and quick shipping. arrived within a few days and was packaged well. but the description on the item was incorrect and they offered a small refund. they did respond quickly to the emails as far as customer service but I'm very disappointed in the item I received.

I am not impressed with the late customer response or the lack or noticing I sent pictures that had damage to the body of new pocket rocket and company wanted to send new parts for me to have to put on. Also had sent my mailing address on First email and second for them to finally get me a shipping label! First email was sent April 18, 2025 and the shipping label was not issued until April 23, 2025. Due to CSR not reading full e-mail the first time and having to send another email with my address two times before he finally comprehended and got an issued return label! Have confirmation the company received the product April 29, 2025 it is now April 30, 2025 and no email from company company confirming they received the product yet even though Fed-Ex tracking has confirmed the company has received the product, no refund has been issued yet still waiting! Very disappointing that this turnaround has taken so long from a damaged product! Not impressed with their customer service or lack of or late responses.

contacted FRP regarding the deep scratches in the paint, leaky oil on the bike. the company was fairly quick to reply but didnt offer any real solutions for the cosmetic damages %26 only seemed to want more videos of the rattling sound. a partial refund for the missing paint wouldve been nice with more clear instructions on how to fix the rattling sound which we now believe might be the chain too loose.

Shipping was a breeze. It came earlier than the expected delivery date.

Don't know. We dealt direct on line with Wal-Mart and they are great. Not sure where this company comes into our purchase, but we're pleased.
