RUN don't walk away from purchasing from these people. It is impossible to return something or get customer service. Walmart has said they have forwarded info to them too but I've heard nothing. I'm out $100 because I opened a microphone to try to use it??!!

poor communication with this seller. do not buy from them. they were shipping my orinter usps. ehen we asked why not fedex or ups, their response was you dont like it ship it back, then for spite held printer for 4 days b4 shipping it!! we notified wm rep after refusing printer n got back our refund next day.
