No communication. Box of glass lightbulbs were not labled with "Fragile" or "Caution: Product contains MERCURY" or "Handle with care - GLASS product". They did try to cushion the lightbulbs with newspapers. But... that did nothing to protect the very thin glass of the round lightbulb. The box was beat up bad - looked like it had been stepped on and tossed around in a graveyard.
