I contacted the seller about my item that I received, which was broken. The seller never got back to me. Not only was the item broken, but it was supposed to be brand new and it was not in the airtight Styrofoam packaging that these items come in. So I know for a fact, it was not brand new. I mentioned this fact to the seller, and as I stated, the seller never got back to me which I feel is very unprofessional. I waited over two days for a response and got none.
