They mistakenly used stock photos of the current 280W charger to represent their product which is actually an older model with a different laptop connector. Yes, they clearly stated that it was for the G531GW-AZ055R model. But how is a customer supposed to know the connector on the unit is the one in the 3rd photo, but not the first two? Why would a customer know that Asus had changed this connector from the one used in 2019?

Does not work right. You have to use your hand to hold the charger into the laptop for it to work. Any slight movement of the wire or laptop will stop the charge. This makes it practically unusable.
