Very easy and prompt order. The item shipped quick enough but they have not contacted me about the second light that was sent and they were contacted immediately about. I returned the duplicate but two or three weeks have gone by and still no contact from them. I was notified I would have been contacted in 48 hours. Nothing. No call, no email, no contact. I even paid to send the extra one back. It’s been a week since I did that and still no contact. So far poor customer service. It’s a shame companies don’t really care about the customer. A phone call takes a minute. My time is valuable also.

My item came in an eBay labeled bag when I purchased the item online at Walmart so that was confusing as I wasn't expecting that. I also didn't get the hardware piece as advertised so I was disappointed. If Rambottech or Walmart see this post and would like to send me the actual whole set as I was expecting from my purchase, that would be greatly appreciated and I will rate both with 5 stars!

Contacted regarding incorrect product or misleading product images but never received response. Kinda crappy because it was a gift.

Poor quality control. Let a customer return a headlight assemble after removing the light bulb and I'm stuck finding a replacement.
