The seller is a scam company. Their merchandise does not last and their merchandise is complete crap. The scooter I purchased lasted 5 months and now it will not even go more than 5 miles before it does and that’s without ever using the light and charging it completely every night!

Delivery was delayed and I couldn't pick it up any more. I asked to cancel the delivery, but customer service asked me to personally return it to a Walmart. If I ould do that I wouldn't ask for cancellation.

It’s ok, don’t like the fact that it goes through spurts where it wont move, forward or backward even with a fully charged battery - seems like there might be a short of some sorts. If I wait a few minutes with it off, it will eventually start up again.

Def worth $$$. I live in Queens NY and you will feel every bump, pothole and curve. Narrow enough to go shopping at a crowded supermarket. I rode the NYC Bus transportation with ease. Love the front and rear basket for shopping. Nice bright light for nite time.

Payed extra for the extended protection plan…after 6 months I don’t have any information on it…seller says contract Walmart and Walmart says contact sell…quite a racket they got going on…I purchased it on line in Walmart site…I would think they would be responsible…guess once they get there money..they Ghost you…bull crap

They claimed delivery by 9 pm We got back home at 730 pm no box, no attempted delivery,no neighbors getting delivery, no signature left to deliver another day. Huge ticket item and Walmart was contacted 3 different times about not receiving or getting or signing for big ticket item and they said you have to deal with the loss of not receiving what was paid for and never signed for or received at all!!! Dont ever use this company if You have another choice at all!!!!!

Mobility scooter shipped out the day after order and came a day after that to southwest GA out of a warehouse outside Atlanta. Subtract a star because the seller was contacted about axle size so the wheels and tires could be upgraded and received no response, ever.

They agreed to send me another seat frame. In 5-7 weeks. Take it apart and put the new on yourself.
