The chairs were packaged and shipped well. I wouldn't say it was 80% assembled as was advertised.

These chairs are super comfortable. Very sturdy, easy to recline and move the foot rest. My only complaint, this the 4 star rating and not 5 is the screws are in such places that it makes using the tools very difficult. The attachment of the side table is the worst part. It took me 1 hour 20 minutes for first chair and 50 minutes for second one. The side tables are on but not fully tightened, waiting my for husband to help. The side table is awesome!

I ordered a quanity of 2 and they only sent 1 when 2 were paid for and you try to contact them and you cannot. very poor service

It came in on time in two boxes each in it own separate box no damage to the boxes are the Rocking chairs

There was no seller info on the booklet Thank goodness I had the book so that I could order the screws from Walmart because Home Depot didn’t have them.

It was delivered 5 days later than it was supposed to be delivered. Directions could be clearer especially for parts F And K.
