Seller sent item promptly and was received in good condition as it was packaged nicely.

Pool came PERFECTLY packaged. Absolutely no damage to box or pool, came on time and with everything it was supposed to. I most certainly recommend this pool. Im actually ordering another on pay day for my sister's kids. They will definitely LOVE this pool and i will officially be undisputedly their FAVORITE AUNT, DEE DEE😝🤗😝

Company sent the wrong model TWICE. The image and description states this is the open sided model that allows water to flow through to help with algae prevention. They kept sending me the solid side model that is a much cheaper design. Still waiting for a refund

They sent a different set of steps than advertised
