Product arrived for Christmas in good timing unfortunately the device was most likely damaged during shipping, but the seller immediately made it right by helping me figure out the issue and when I couldn’t figure that out or didn’t feel comfortable, he made it right.

I purchased two of the battle bundles for Christmas. One worked fine and one did not have power for any of the accessories. I sent the faulty one back and ordered another one for $100 more. They work well, other than out of three sets of speakers not a single one was working due to the wiring in the back. Customer service is decent to respond, but didn’t offer much help.

Communication was horrible and gave me the runaround and still didn’t solve the problem!!

The pc never turn on even we take it to an expert to check it before return it.. all I need is my money back - thx

helped me get it running after something came loose during shipping. without their help, I would have returned the whole thing and had to re-buy and wait a few more days. so glad they were able to help me, and the pre built computer (since getting it to turn on) has been absolutely stunning/amazing! runs like a dream and was easy to set up once being able to turn it on. great price for the whole bundle as well!

Awful! We were sent a defective product and on top of that it wasn’t even the same item that was pictured!

Slow on getting back to us. We need more help than what they are giving. Bad AMD driver or hardware. Help!
