Item was listed as "New", not "Refurbished" or "Like New" -- NEW. I received a Chromebook with a school district laser etched into the lid. List your items correctly. If they're used you have to list them as Used!

The laptop that was sent is not the laptop that was showed. the laptop I ordered should fold back like a tablet. This one did not looks like the Chromebook the kids get from school.Unhappy mom and disappointed daughter she was upset.
