Cheetah lacked in communication and shipping issues especially when my item was sitting idle in ND for over a week. I kept getting Tracking messages that said "Delivery" "Delayed", huh? I reached out to Walmart who immediately reached out to Cheetah on two separate occasions each time I contacted them. I received an email from Cheetah one time with 5 words that said "we will look into this" and I never heard from them again. My gift was due to arrive two weeks prior to my granddaughter's birthday, which it never arrived by the time I had to travel to my daughter's for a week's visit with the family to celebrate my granddaughters birthday. So needless to say I left for my trip without my granddaughters gift. Try telling your 7 year old that you don't have her gift and you have to explain it to her. When I returned home from my trip the package (Squishmallow) was sitting outside my door. Too late! Now I have to go to the post office and ship it, which I have to pay for additional shipping and send it to my granddaughter. I'm extremely disappointed with Cheetah for dropping the ball. Walmart was amazing in all of this and did their best.
