Verified Purchase

This item was shipped to me in an envelope when it should've been shipped in a box it appears to be used. The tag is not even indicate that it is cotton candy. It appears the package missing. I did not realize that I was purchasing from a third-party or would not have purchased. The hassle of returning yet it's not what I expected. I thought I was buying it from Walmart .. I would love to replace it. I hope that the seller will make this right on this without me having to go through the hassle of a return. The fur on top of the head has black specks of trash. Please make sure you are purchasing items from Walmart and not this 3rd party. I am tempted to just trash the item. Highly disappointed
