I have bought a cosmetic from this seller twice, the first time I noticed the packaging looked off from previously buying it, its packaging was changed in 2022 so its old packaging, which means old product and also there is a black mark across the barcode, with that there was alittle issue returning it. I should have learned the first time but this time the exact same issue. Old product from 2022 or before, something i dont want to put on my face, and a slash over the barcode. i dont even want to return it again because of how much trouble it was the first time. If there is a slash through the barcode it should not be sold to any consumer

why did you place your own upc code label over the manufacturer's lot code on my product? i peeled back your label and looked up the mfg lot code. the product was mfg in april 2023. a 3 year old bottle of facial toner is worthless as the ingredients would no longer be at full strength.

I have bought several bottles of this %26 every time the top breaks off with tons of product still in them so I buy a new bottle %26 replace old bottle.I don't think I will ever find a bottle that cap doesn't break so will just return last one I bought. very disappointed!
