THE Niel MED NASAL RINSE is helpful , but the Navage is a little better. A specialist can prescribe medicated capsules to break and stir into the saline. Prior to adding to the Navage and it really helps. that requires a compounding pharmacy , and it is well worth it.

Cleans the dirt and pollen it morning and night. If you work around a lot of dust it's a must buy.
