Navage works well oce you learn how to use it

this is really a review of the entire Navage system, not just the salt pods. I have alergies that cause a nasal drip which is particularly a problem at night. I was told to use saline treatments and I used the canned saline and it was messy and not very effective. The Navage is so much better once you get use to using it. I struggled to get it working and finally found a routine that worked for me. Now my drip has been tamed in the evening resulting in using less alergiy medications and a better night sleep. The Navage is all about a connection for the saline to flow through your nose. What helps is wetting your nose after cleaning your hands, shaking the saline in the Navage machine and running hot water on the rubber tips of the navage machine. When I do that, I can usually feel it pumping through my nose.

I'm so glad they came out with this machine it works wonderful I have two of them just in case one don't work I use it daily twice a day and days when I have stuffy nose or I have a smell in my mouth nose I would recommend this to anybody that has any kind of nasal issues he would love it you would never give it up hit by another one that the inserts they come in different flavors they're going to see salt eucalyptus I wouldn't get the eucalyptus if you have any breathing issues but the seats out but your nose even my son loves it and he's picky about what goes in his nose thank you
