We will repair or replace any product that malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect within a year of purchase. For service, contact us at support@navage.com, or call (800) 203-6400. Please note that the Navage Nose Cleaner is not water-proof. The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by Placing the Nose Cleaner in a dishwasher; using the Nose Cleaner without an unused, genuine Navage SaltPod capsule; improper use of additives such as tea tree oil that can damage the materials the Nose Cleaner is made of; submerging the Nose Cleaner in water; dropping and other accidents.
