Although uniform ballcaps have improved quite a bit in the last decade, it's still hard to find a cap of this quality that makes the wearer look professional. This one accomplishes that in typical Propper style.

Although I prefer adjustable hats, this one fits pretty good. The material is soft and comfortable and the shape holds nicely. Also like that it is solid without big logos.

Hat fits very well, thanks to elastic mesh back, and is comfortable. I purchased on clearance and it was a very good deal.
