I have finally found the best ever truly opaque acrylic waterbased marker, and with a fine tip as well.

Posca pens have a good range of colors and size nibs. The one thing to be aware of is that some colors are much less opaque than others.

Fine point paint markers are more suited to my needs than the bulleted or thick nibbed ones. I like this brand the most.

I have found this pen to be perfect for extra fine outlines that don't bleed when I seal my paintings

I bought these markers as I am doing one of those painted rock projects for our property. Posca seemed to be the preferred option of many of not most so I went ahead and ordered these plus the metallics and the glitters. I have used them over an acrylic base and they set well. I usually do two coats because I am impatient waiting for the paint to dry, lolz. I also think they would perform better on nice smooth river rocks as the ones I have plucked from the earth are a jagged and too rough. It's a learning curve.

Will be using this paint pen to add small highlights to dark shades of colored pencils. This should be a big help.

Love the easy use, especially for smaller details. Most ate pretty ppaque, but some are not. Was disappointed that the basic metallics ate quite lighter than expected. Biggest disappointment was the way they pooled about an inch of Color on first and subsequent gentle prime pumps. Was it due to altitude change from NC to CO? Lot of wasted paint.
