I've purchased many rugs for our main bathroom and have never been happy. I would have saved time & money buying from BoutiqueRugs. This lays flat with no bunching and our door clears it easily. The colors are vibrant and the rug material is fantastic underfoot. Classic yet modern. Love it.

It took me forever to find a rug that would fit my living room which is a mix between mid-century and rustic. I landed on Persian/Turkish rugs without the washed out look because my room needed a bit of color. This rug contained the right colors for someone who prefers a minimalistic style: navy, muted brick red (so not bold, more washed out), beige and light blue with tints of green. It came folded up in a box, which was so interesting! There was absolutely no crease and we have not had to use a rug pad underneath as it has a decent enough pile on our hardwood floors. We have couch legs holding down one end, and it has not slipped with kids running across it. My only beef is that one side keeps curling up so I may need to apply rug "stickers" on those corners to make it stay put. Other than that, I've been very pleased with how it looks. I'll update the post once I've had to wash it.

I bought the washable version of this rug in 8x10. Great value for a discounted price. True to description, size, and color. I did not use a rug liner underneath because my room is low traffic and my furniture rests on it. My floor is tile and provides enough padding to walk on and lies flat with no curling on the ends. Absolutely love it!

This was my first purchase from Boutique Rugs. I will definitely shop there again. I wanted washable rugs and had looked at Ruggables but ended up ordering 4 rugs from Boutique. The Neyland rugs are beautiful, rich colors. We are at the beach, and I am using them on top of low pile, off white carpet and they are stunning. They arrived rolled up - and they lay flat immediately. They are thin - in a good way - a perfect complement for my carpet. I was concerned about the quality and color when ordering - it's difficult to make this kind of purchase online. But I wasn't disappointed. I had a couple of questions and the customer service team at Boutique was responsive and friendly. Definitely a plus. I loved that the rugs were delivered by FedEx, whom I trust for reliable service. All in all, an excellent experience.

I looked at a lot of rugs for my living room, and the color/style of this one works very well to bring color and design to the room. For the price, it's great. This is my first “washable” rug so it's my first time seeing such a thin rug. It's more of a decorative blanket on the floor than a rug. They sell this in a non-washable area rug, but they looked the same thinness so I opted for the washable. However the washable has a white thread border which is rather ugly, whereas the non-washable has a red that blends in more. You definitely need grip pads or a rug pad, which I plan to get. My dog bunches up half of it when she's mildly excited. I was excited to see the “7x9” said “7'6” x 9'6” as I wanted greater than 9 feet. The rug I received was 7'7” x 9'3” and when I inquired I got this message from customer support: “‘We do our best to provide you with an accurate measurement, but please be advised that some variation exists and this is not a manufacturing defect.' This disclaimer is available on the FAQ page. The dimensions may vary up to 4% due to the manufacturing and rolling-up processes, this happens throughout the industry.”

-Pattern is good but too busy for me. It needs to be the focus of the room. -Colors are more muted than I expected- looks more like it was photo printed onto the rug. -Small oil(?) stain on back of rug but it doesn't show through. -Some unraveling of perimeter threads.

What you see online and what you see in person is 100% the opposite of what it is. It is actually pink red cream and baby blue. The material is flimsy and cheap causing you to fall. Currently waiting on customer service to send a label so I can return for a refund. I'll come back to update on that experience as well. I attached pictures on what was advertised, and what I ended up with.

This rug has been in our foyer as a runner now for a little over a week. I like that it's thin so my front door can go over it without catching (we do have a gripper underneath). The colors are true to the images on the website, but I'm disappointed in the quality; there are woven pieces of fabric jutting straight out at the edges, and they're bright white so it's kind of obvious. I can also see them unraveling in time with foot traffic. Those imperfections also lead me to my second disappointment, which is that I purchased this rug since it's "washable"; however when you read the tag it states "professional washing recommended". So, it's washable, but expect to pay for it - I don't see how the threads won't unravel if I try to place it in my industrial washing machine. Overall it does the job, and for the sale price the colors are still nice and tie in my foyer the way I wanted. Here's hoping it lasts more than a year!

I had to order another of these rugs because I love how it looks in my kitchen. It took me a long time to find something I really liked for this space. However, I just washed it according to directions (exactly!) and it did not wash well. I only ordered it again because I loved the look and colors and the appearance before washing. Don't wash it!!!

The rug I ordered was advertised as machine washable. The rug I received had instructions on the tag that said spot clean or professional cleaning recommended. I returned it but had to pay over $220 to ship it back, even though the company falsely advertised the product I purchased. I tried to take it up with customer service but they said they wouldn't reimburse me. Not happy at all.
