Been very pleased with product so far But have only used it for less than a week. Once I get more comfortable with using this Microlife BP monitor I will try using the software that it's supposed to have. Delivery was as stated with a competitive cost ~ Thank you The only compliant I have is that it could have been packed much much better, the internal packing (air packets) let product bounce all over ~ this was very visible by looking at the condition of product box.

Works fantastic. Love the Software. I can see my progress in lowering my blood pressure! The BP cuff is of high quality; the best I've seen... 10-star recommends this machine.

Two users feature useful. Single or 3 readings good. Cuff fits perfectly and automatically. Reliable readings. Had used the previous version for long time and was fully satisfied.

Wife has not been able to use because it squeezes her arm so tight her fingers get numb. This results in very high false readings. I found that it did squeeze my arm extra tight also but I was able to reposition the cuff to where it seemed to give normal readings. She didn't have any luck doing that.

The only compliant I have is the cuff is to big if you have a small arm, 18”, you have a lot of excess cuff hanging, but you can make it work. It has a feature where you can take your BP 1,2, or 3 times, before it shuts off, which is convenient. I wouldn't buy it again only because of the large cuff.

Cuff expanded overly quickly and tight where it was unbearable. Had to remove it without finishing the result. Returned for refund.

I selected this because the photos depicted a product that would be easier to use than other types, but I've not been able to get an accurate reading yet.

It does not work. Took it to my doctor's appointment and it is not accurate and does not work right. I need to return it, my doctor said return it.
