I recently ordered an incorrect filter size. FilterBuy fixed my problem quickly. Thank you, I will use your company for all my filter orders in the future.

I bought them for my father in law's A/C unit. He was paying a lot more money. The filters are a lot better quality and do a better job at keeping the A/C unit cleaner. Higher quality less cost filters.

The size I needed for my furness is not available at the big box stores, but filter buy had it. Cost for 4 type filter is very reasonable.

The sides of the filter element's pleats (the peaks and valleys sides) are not glued into the paperboard frame as neatly and uniformly as some other brands I've bought but they appear to be glued well enough to seal the element edges to the frame, so it shouldn't bypass any unfiltered air around the filter element. Other than that they are perfectly fine.

The height (thickness) was smaller than previous filters I have purchased.I will have to see if these filters last 3 months like my other filters did.

I ordered two 20X24X4 filters and received filters with different "actual" measurements. The fit is not as good and I don't expect the filters to perform as well as ones that "actually" fit. I didn't read the fine print, I guess, though not sure why there should be fine print for a simple furnace filter.

Cost was good but filters are smaller than the large print on box and fall thru the holder. So they are useless to me and the pleats see to be off so I'll be going back to the April Aire filters. You get what u pay for

I bought these filters to replace parts from another supplier. Found that these filters have 15 pleats per filter, vice 22 with the old unit. That means more pressure drop across the filter and more frequent filter changes. Will not buy these again.

Listed as 4Inches wide. It was a bit over 3. They said they didnt have a 4 inch one. Back to Filtrete filters.
