Well just It perfectly fine you just very with it makes let it need water but steamer works perfect

I love it! cleans beautifully, dried quickly, no ringing and rinsing, takes up less space than a mop and bucket and I don't have a wet mop hanging around

I love this product. I had a more expensive floor steamer that started to leave a lot of water on the floors. This steamer is bare bones and I like it better. Simpler and eaiser to use and maintain. Great steam. I bought the extra pads and switch them out to keep cleaning and then throw them in the wash. Cord isn't really long but I don't have a problem with that. Basic is sometimes best.

Easy to put together. Got up the sticky, dusty feel from my kitchen floor that Swiffer Wet clothes leave behind. My only complaints are that the cloth pictured and advertised is not the same one that is in the box. It’s thinner and not a fluffy microfiber one. Also it’s about $7 cheaper through the app than in store. No bueno

Given the low price point for this item, it is a very good deal. The steam mop is easy to fill using tap water (which was a big deal for me), and it does just what it says it will do. We have three dogs, including a Newfoundland, so there are lots of paw prints on my floor. The Newfoundland drools And unbelievably, this little map does a really nice job of getting up dried drool spots. There may be others that are fancier or have more options, but for me the simple mop with its low price was just the right thing. I did not care for the pad that was included So I ordered some from Amazon that I like much better. If you are considering buying a steam up but hate to spend the money, try this one. It does a nice job.

I have three other steam mops. Bought this on sale to use at my 100 yr old moms house. Her house is twice as big as mine and it’s like grand central station. So her wood floors get filthy fast! I had been dragging one of my sharks over there. It was too heavy to do the whole house. ( I’m a night time daily Mopper usually) . This mop is LIGHTWEIGHT. SUPER LIGHT. IT ONLY HAS ONE SPEED. ALOT OF CONTINUOUS STEAM, Which is PERFECT . If you have high traffic floors w a lot of dirt, a lot of steam is needed. My shark wasn’t getting her floors clean on one pass. I like these textured pads , also. They stick on the mop head w Velcro which means I can also use my other mop heads from my shark, The secret to steam mopping is to change pads frequently as they soil. I like that you can turn off the steam separately from the power. Sometimes the wet mop is plenty. There are not many steam mops that will stand on their own. So it’s not a complaint. The cords is short. Use an extension if need be, but I’m tired of wrapping and in wrapping long cords . If you have a big house, dirty floors , tile floors, kids, a ranch, a business or are busy and in a hurry to mop quickly. THIS IS YOUR MOP. AND ITS CHEAP. ON SALE I PAID 33.00 !!! Yay!

The water heats up quickly as described and worked as expected. There is no detachable water unit and it is a bit tricky to maneuver the whole unit under the sink unless it is partially disassembled. Not a deal breaker, just awkward. A measuring cup could be used just as easily. My issue is with the mop pad/cloth. It connects with the floor only along the edges where it attaches to the unit, leaving minimal contact for cleaning the floor. The bottom of the unit is recessed so there is only support for the pad where it connects. This is simply a design flaw, and I would recommend not choosing this product because it compromises the effectiveness of the cleaning. The photo shows what it looked like after mopping 2 rooms in my house. I might have to go behind with my Swiffer either before or after using this product. Or get some foam to fill in the bottom to support the whole cloth/pad.

Package came opened and resealed! The original cleaning pad removed and a very cheap replacement pad put in its place! This is not what I ordered, not what I expect when ordering from Walmart. It should not have been shipped to a customer since it was not originally sealed package.

The head has nodes on it which press the pad on to the floor..that is the only place the pad has dirt on it. Would be wonderful if the head was flat so the whole surface of the pad cleaned the floor.
