After chemo my thick hair and hard fingernails changed. My hair was thin and my nails were soft and lifting off the nail bed. I started looking into biotin but all the biotin I found had soy in them. A big NoNo for breast cancer survivors. So I googled no soy vitamins and found EZ Melts. I sent a question about the soy and they told me none of their vitamins had soy! My nails are getting harder and growing better and my hair is growing fast. I would highly recommend these vitamins.

At my 30+ age, biotin is a must for my daily supplement. Took this daily for almost a month and so far I can notice my nails get stronger and my hairs grows faster than before, the best thing is this is vegan and have 0 sugar,also rhis 8s a fast dissolve tablet that doesn't have bad after taste.

My doctor told me to take biotin for my brittle nails and thinning hair and it seems to be helping. I haven't been taking them for very long yet, but it seems to already be helping my nails. I had tried a regular pill that you swallow a while ago, but I prefer these ez melts because they taste really good and you don't need to have water with you to help swallow it. It's a yummy strawberry flavor that you just put on your tongue. It doesn't take long to dissolve either. I'm very happy with this product and am looking forward to seeing more improvement in my nails and hair.

I have been taking biotin tablets for about two years. Normally the tablets I take I swallow with a glass of water or with another liquid. Also, the biotin tablets I take are from another company and not from EZ-Melts. EZ Melts are easy to take since they dissolve completely in your mouth. There is no after=taste which was important to me. In addition, the tablets are small which makes them easy to take. I enjoyed the taste of the tablets which are strawberry flavored, which happens to be my favorite flavor. For those of you who take Biotin on a regular basis, I would highly recommend giving EZ-Melts Biotin a try.

These tablets are great for people with problems taking pills. I had surgery recently and as a result have problems getting some of my nourishment from my diet. I also have a problem with taking my regular pill form meds. I noticed that my hair was suffering/thinning due to my reduced nutrition. These melts are a life saver. Although my hair isn't necessarily "growing" back yet, it has stopped shedding so much. Like a 75% reduction in shedding aka falling out. The only criticism is that my Dr said you need at least 10,000 mcg for efficacy/for it to work so I have to take two of these per dose. I think its a small price to hold onto my hair!
