We plugged them into important things ie internet, washing machine, water purifier. They are small and don't take up much space so that is great.

There are now other items plugged in there so a multi port isn't needed so this was easy to use and my Peloton is safe. If I had these at the time, I would not have had to purchase a brand new tv! Needless to say, these are going to be plugged into all of my major appliances and more expensive electronics. They are extremely easy to use, just plug into a three prong socket then plug your device into it. This could not be life simple! What a great idea!

It is small enough to install almost anywhere, making it useful for locations where a full sized surge protector I not practical. It seems fairly durable and stays cool to the touch while in use. Due to its shape, it needs to be installed on the upper outlet if both outlets are going to be used. Two cannot be installed on the same wall plate due to the size/shape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a super easy product to implement and set up. The surge taps are small, and do not stick too far out from the wall. Overall, I liked this as an option much more than the bulky surge protectors I've seen online. That said, there were a few functionality issues I had with the product: 1. The surge tap fits tightly into the outlet. The product that the user plugs into the tap does not fit as tightly….when I tried to unplug both my product and tap, the two plugs slipped and disconnected and resulted in a small electrical shock…which wouldn't have otherwise have happened. 2. Because of the size of the outlets, only one surge tap fits per outlet. So if you have two electronic products that you are hoping to protect from a surge, they cannot be plugged into the same outlet using these taps.
