Wrong sizes for my mine, it's too small! Now what

After it finally arrived was excited to strap it on and the way the Mac is described. It did not fit at all. So sending it back to get a replacement is not an option if I can exchange it at Walmart I would do that. But I'm not sure if I can even do that so it looks like I may have to just send it back and say screw it.
