Initially, I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbished ipad. I decided to take the chance since it was returnable to the store and backed by a warranty, and it was a great choice. Ipad runs like new, no issues, no damage. Arrived quickly too. Very happy with this buy.

Functional ipad that came with a case, screen protector, and earbuds. Did not come with stylus which was the main reason I purchased it which is very disappointing. Battery life is terrible as well.

The IPad came with a broken screen protector and the you could not tap on it and want work mostly in the bottom part , and doesnt resive any software

The seller didn't include the headphones and there was no case;which was supposed to be included fix.

The tablet would not work. It wouldn't let me use some of the keyboard and just drug.

Said I couldn't get a refund because the address was the address on the order. I cancelled it the DAY I ordered it when I realized it was going to my parents old house. Now I can't get a refund because they didn't fulfill the cancelation request I submitted a week before it went to the wrong house and days before it shipped. The worst experience I have ever had with Walmart Online. I called them that night and every single day before and after Christmas and they assured me A. It would be cancelled B. To deter delivery C. Push notes so it would be taken care of and it didn't. Took it up with my bank. Tragic

I understand this is a refurbished iPad but it will not even connect to the internet at all, not even to allow me to set it up. I even took it to my local Apple Store. They attempt to connect it as week, after several attempts they advised there was nothing they could do, due to the software being so outdated.

The iPad is find the screen protector was broken and the ear bugs do not work.
