Beautiful chair

When I bought the chair I was not able to see all the reviews that I just read. So I took the risk. The chair is beautiful itself. The color was same as in the picture. I got it for my husband office and it is very confortable. I gave it a three stars for these reasons: 1.- It was labeled wrong but I was able to figure it out . 2.- The wood endings was not terminated correctly ( I only saw it when I was putting the chair together). 3.- One of the cushions had a small chipped ( I flipped the cushion ) 4. Like the other reviews said it had a weird smell but it went away after a while. Nothing to worry about. I spoke with customer service and they were able to help me out. I did not wanted go through all the hassle of returning the chair. I flipped the cushion that had a small chipped and with the offer that customer service gave me we decided it to keep it.

Do not buy

This is a disaster. If I wasnt moving, I wouldve returned it outright. The item I received is broken. The wood is also much darker than pictured. The leather cushions have a very strong, bad smell and are extremely hard and feel like they have a crust on them. When it came to assembly, the pieces were all labeled incorrectly and also have two labels on them too.

what is that god awful smell

the chair itself looks like its a great quality wood but each of the 4 pieces is a different color. not sure if mine will assemble properly because were not attempting it. its getting returned. the cushions i believe are genuine leather but they are hard af. honestly i think they may be card board squares covered in the leather with something stuffed inside. ughh i hate them. the chair is really pretty but completely impractical. and the smell ugh what is that god awful smell. cat urine is what comes to mind
