The fact I am filling out the survey speaks volumes to my satisfaction of your service. Rarely do I bother with this survey however you almost always exceed expectations in your service and on the rare occasions that there is a problem you go out of your way to resolve the issue immediately and to my satisfaction. Kudos 👏

Lightweight but effective. This is not a full sized vacuum and shouldn't be compared to one. I got this for the one large rug I have in my living room that my dog loves. The sole purpose was to get his hair up daily and it's done just that without a problem. The first few times I used it, I was blown away by how much hair came up. Now that I use it daily there is not much. It is doing the job. I used the attachment to clean the couches as well which is not allowed to get on but does it anyway. No more wording about visitors getting shot all over them or having to scrub couches daily. I also use it over my vinyl flooring. I can vacuum my house in one charge - 1800 sq feet. No lugging around a big vacuum. Again, I'm speaking for using this in a house with no carpet and one large rug.
