Best Cold/Hot Pack EVER !!!

I received Sunny Bay Microwavable Shoulder and Upper Back Heat Wrap, for free, as part of the Walmart Spark Reviewer program. One of the best features is that it can be used and re-used many times. It can be warmed up easily and quickly in the microwave for warm heat. We use it primarily as a COLD pack and just leave it in the chest freezer. It's great for sore necks, back spasms, migraines. I have sore knees and just drape it over my knee and let the longer parts wrap around my leg. It also comes with a Removable, Washable Fleece Cover, which keeps it sanitary and makes it more pleasant for different family members to share. It's a good size, too - 20” x 1” x 1”. So often the reusable ice packs are so small they don't cover much of anything. This is such a great product, easy to use, no maintenance, and non-toxic that I would recommend getting more than one.

Soothing!

We really like this product. It features very high quality construction and very comfortable yet durable materials. The inner pad that contains the seeds is stitched in rows as to make it very flexible and formable to your body, and the stitching itself is very redundant and durable. The material of the outer covering is a thick and comfy fleece that feels very nice next to your skin and it's washable. Whether used hot or cold, the effect provided by this wrap is very gentle and slightly moist feeling. It wouldn't be my go-to for a more severe injury like a sprained knee or ankle (where an ice pack would be better), but it's perfect for soothing sore or tense muscles. It'd also be great just to warm up with when coming in from very cold weather. The warming/cooling effect lasts for a good 30-45 minutes.
