these pads I love. they stay hot for 8 hours and you attach them to the outside of clothes. If you don't fully use them in one sitting they will reactivate later. Love these.

Super quick and easy! Sunny Bay customer service is top notch 👌 Always a quick response, friendly and kind. To be clear, I've never had an issue with the patches, my communication with customer service has never been about that. I honestpy love Sunny Bay heat patches, after almost a decade of buying other brands and looking for the best, these are my %231. I do not purchase any other brand. It's been several years since I started using these and will continue to do so! I've never had a bad patch, unlike other brands that are hit and miss. I really appreciate the quality of this brand.
