i unpacked and its missing the main hose connector to the AC so i cant use it, i called Walmart they say return or call manufacturer i called manufacturer they were no help just return, i just wanted the missing part but no, so i didn't want to have to take it to Walmart its heavy, im still looking on Amazon for the part i tried once it didn't work so trying again. so frustrating when it was 100 out and i couldn't use the AC. very frustrated and they dont help.

The only thing about this item for me is that the vent system is not enough to blow out the air. The piece that goes on the window for air is a little to bulky and makes it a little difficult to install on the window frame. I need a bigger unit for the room I wanted for. Other than that the unit is good.

Meh, it's okay.

The parts are extremely cheap, and the instructions are useless. It's not the greatest AC on the market, but, it works well enough to keep me comfortable. I use this for my master bedroom, around 750 sq ft. It doesn't “chill” the room like my last Portable AC did, but, it keeps my room cool enough to sleep at night. I live in MI, we tend to have cooler nights; with low to mid humidity. Around 80/85 most nights in the summer: I wouldn't recommend this for someone who lives in a state where the temps are consistently higher than that. You get what you pay for. Wouldn't purchase this brand again unless it was last resort.
